Research

At Columba Leadership, we combine internal quantitative and qualitative data with external research and evaluation to prove impact.

After participating in our programme, 95% of participants report increased confidence; 93% are inspired in terms of education, 96% are future orientated and 95% are inspired to do more for their school and community.

At a school level, in-house research conducted with the principals of some of our partner schools reveal the following: 100% attest to a measurable impact of Columba on the school, with 90% confirming it made their role and the role of educators easier. 100% indicated an improvement in the culture of learning.

We invite corporate participation in our programme. Research by Jonathan Cook, formally of GIBS, indicates improved work effectiveness and leadership competence centred particularly on improved confidence.
